Why Do They Still Blame Steve Bartman?

Cubs fan Steve Bartman has suffered long enough. The man who was vilified by many for his part in an infamous 2003 baseball incident at Wrigley Field, deserves to be forgiven. At the time, and for years after, some people blamed Bartman's act for the Cubs losing that year's NLCS, and for their failure to advance to the World Series. A  head football coach at a major university is constantly under scrutiny, and lives with high expectations from the school and its supporters. Such a job can be rewarding if you win. It can be short-lived if you lose. Unfortunately for Strong, his team is not performing up to standards, and that kind of scenario usually ends with a pink slip.

Go Away Ryan Lochte

Ryan Lochte has worn out his welcome as a pubic figure. His ridiculous antics at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics cemented his reputation as a liar, unworthy of admiration or sympathy. It would be best for all of us if he disappeared from public view and was never heard from again.
